Session Overview

Canva isn’t just for designing pretty graphics. It can also be a powerful tool for simplifying how you manage your marketing. In this session, Melynda will show you how to use Canva more strategically, combining creativity with organization to make your marketing process easier and more efficient.

You’ll learn practical ways to organize your projects, create reusable templates, and take advantage of Canva’s built-in tools and AI features. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned user, you’ll walk away with time-saving tips, fresh ideas, and a more streamlined approach to creating consistent, professional marketing materials.

  1. Learn how to use Canva’s built-in tools, templates, and AI features to create content more efficiently.

  2. Understand how to organize and navigate Canva to maintain consistency and save time.

  3. Discover practical tips and workflows to simplify the design process and reduce digital overwhelm.

Presenter:


Melynda is a digital organizer and tech/systems strategist dedicated to making technology easier for entrepreneurs. As the founder of The Orderly Entrepreneur, Melynda specializes in turning digital chaos into clarity through organized workflows, streamlined tech, and efficient systems that make business easier to manage. 

With a knack for simplifying the complex, Melynda teaches business owners how to leverage tools like Canva, Notion, Google Drive, and FG Funnels to save time, stay organized, and run their business with ease. Her practical, systems-based approach helps solopreneurs and small business owners organize, streamline, and scale with confidence and clarity.

A member of NAPO since 2017, Melynda has served as both Secretary and Vice President of the NAPO Austin Board, chaired the 2023 Summit Education Committee, and served for 2 years on the Conference Committee. Currently, she serves as a Member Director on the NAPO National Board of Directors, where she is also a member of the Finance Committee and acts as Board Liaison to the Summit Education Committee.
