The Enneagram & The Clutter Connection: Understanding Your Clients From the Inside Out
Presentation Overview
Why do some clients hold on to things for sentimental reasons, while others feel overwhelmed by decision fatigue or perfectionism? In this session, Laurie Palau—author of Hot Mess: A Practical Guide to Getting Organized and host of the This Organized Life podcast—will explore how understanding the Enneagram can deepen your insight into your clients' motivations, habits, and emotional triggers when it comes to clutter.
Using her signature “Enneagram & Clutter” framework, Laurie will walk attendees through the 9 Enneagram types and how each one relates to clutter and organization—emotionally, mentally, and practically. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to tailor their approach based on personality type, ultimately improving client relationships and outcomes.
