From “To Do” to “Done”

Complete Your Work Most Efficiently

Session Description:

As professional organizers (and maybe business owners), every day we’re bombarded by things “to do.” We make our lists, we make our plans, but still leave so much undone. This session offers practical strategies to help you go from to-do to done. Since time management is really action management, taking control of your tasks and projects is crucial. In this session, author Casey Moore, The Productivity Coach, reveals how to manage your to-do's in ways that actually encourage you to complete them. If you are on a productivity treadmill—working hard but feeling you’re not getting anywhere—this session is for you!

We’ll cover:

  • How project and task management fit into the bigger productivity picture
  • Actionable and inspiring to-do “lists” and reminders
  • Best practices to engage with your to-do’s.
