About the speaker

Jess Hook is a certified social media strategist helping small businesses save time and grow via *authentic* social media strategies. She loves the beach, country music, and on the weekends you can usually find her doing a long run around the National Mall.

In social media 101 we will be covering everything you need to know to succeed on social media! From why you should throw your plan out the window, to how to understand the algorithm and make it work for you, I’ll be sharing my tips and tricks from 5+ years in the industry.
