Speaker
Karen Grill is a business and productivity coach for women entrepreneurs and a Fix This Next Certified Adviser. Having started her first online business over 12 years ago, she knows the struggles of women entrepreneurs and has learned the strategies for creating a successful business. She loves helping women manage their time, overcome tech issues, create systems and strategies to work less and earn more so that they can run the business they love while still having time for their families and themselves.
Grill will explain why conducting an annual review of one's business can be important for setting new goals, evaluating what went well, analyzing one's numbers and making adjustments. She will cover the areas that each business owner should review, look at the pricing of packages, and share diagnostic systems to pinpoint areas of concern.
