Presentation

Topic: How to Gain and Retain Clients

Join us as Katie takes us through the steps of understanding how to apply sales to a professional service. She will also explain how to create clear goals in systematically reaching out to your target market and making the sale. And once you've done the work to gain your clients, Katie will explain how to retain your clients through proven techniques and technologies.

Speaker: Katie Nelson

Sales is my love language.  I realize that not many people can say that if any at all.  From the initial cold call through a lifelong client relationship, I am passionate about each puzzle piece that makes up the Sales Life Cycle.  Whether it is raising qualified prospects in your pipeline by 550% in a year, to increasing your closing ratio from an industry standard of 33% to 82% in that same year, I love it all.

With 25 years of experience in sales of all kinds and now in my 3rd business venture, I work with entrepreneurs and sole proprietors to create an excitement around their sell.  I provide expertise in the tips and tricks of selling, all the way through the identification of your sales process and create tailored programming around more efficient business practices to put more money in the company coffers, and your pockets!
