Virtual Meeting Info

This year we have a new virtual meeting tool: Zoom. This will allow participants to interact with each other via audio and video on their computer in a real virtual meeting (optional alternative audio available by phone) where we will be able to see and listen to each other in real dialog. During the traditional networking times, we will have breakout rooms that you can participate in, including Ask the Expert.

Presentation

The most important factor when it comes to running your business isn't money or resources --  it's time. If you have more time, you can generate more revenue, develop additional resources, or even just kick back, relax, and actually enjoy the fruits of your labor.

With only 24 hours in a day that you can physically do work, how do you go about finding more time? You start by identifying the low skill, low creativity tasks you find yourself doing on a recurring basis, and you automate them.

In this presentation, we'll answer (at least) 3 questions:

  1. Why should you automate business tasks?
  2. What tasks should you/can you automate?
  3. How do you automate these tasks?

By the end of the presentation, Robert's goal is to start you down the path to saving hours in your day, so you can instead spend that time doing what's most important.
