Reaching New Clients with Virtual Organizing

Presenter: Mary Cate Claudias, CPO®

Organizing via FaceTime or Skype?  It's possible!  Learn how to use virtual organizing to reach clients who are located too far away, or have basic organizing skills and just need some guidance.

Mary Cate Claudias is a Certified Professional Organizer® and Productivity Specialist in the Baltimore Metro area. Her primary focuses are in:

  • Time / Task Management
  • Workflow / Processes
  • Digital Information / Communications
  • File Organization
  • Experiential Workshops and Trainings
  • Office Transition

Drawing from her experiences in teaching, coaching, and non-profit management, Mary Cate founded Charm City Organizers, LLC in 2010 and has helped numerous home owners and businesses live less stressful, more productive lives by de-cluttering their spaces, schedules, and implementing systems that can be maintained for years to come.

The team at Charm City Organizers specializes in residential organizing and move-management. Charm City PRO, a division of Charm City Organizers, works with businesses to find tailored solutions to improve their productivity, space, efficiencies, and workflow.

Mary Cate is a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD). She is the President of the local NAPO Baltimore Chapter and has served on the board for several years. Her company has been mentioned in numerous media outlets and highlighted in The Baltimore Sun, The Daily Record, Chesapeake Home & Living, and is a guest on Fox 45 TV and WYPR Midday. She has written for publications, including NAPO.net and the CCO Blog and enjoys speaking and coaching to a broad range of groups. She and her organizing team also remain active through sponsorship and volunteering in local community events.

Registration via the website is not available.  Please see the register link found in the NAPO-WDC Point meeting announcement or the meeting invitation email sent to all members.
