Troy Paige is a veteran of the Air Force where he spent 4 years in the USAF Honor Guard in Washington, DC and 2 years as a Security Police Specialist in Cheyenne, WY. He has over 25 years of experience as a Security Officer, Loss Prevention Coordinator, Private Security Officer and Security Manager. Mr. Paige is currently on his 2nd Top Secret Security Clearance.
Troy is the owner of Practical SDA, which conducts Self-Defense Awareness Workshops designed to help increase the awareness of women whether they are at home, work or out for a evening. He settled on the name Practical for his business because it means “what is likely to succeed and reasonable to do or use.” Click HERE for his facebook page.
Practical SDA believes that everyone should have some kind of self-defense awareness training especially in today’s environment where personal safety should never be taken for granted.
- Do you have safety concerns about living alone
- Are you a realtor that on occasion has to show a home alone?
- Do you worry about how you would handle a violent encounter?
Anyone at anytime can find themselves confronted with an act of violence. Most people may never become a victim of a violent crime, however all anyone has to do is to watch the evening news to know that violent crime does happen and can happen in the best of places.
The Self Defense Awareness Workshops are designed to address a person’s personal self-defense plan based on their individual lifestyle, current level of awareness and physical abilities. We cover areas of personal safety while at work, in public and at home.
Refreshments will be served.
