Mary Ellen Hickman, MBA, is the head of Hickman Consulting Partners and a seasoned business and marketing strategy consultant with over twenty years of experience in the US and overseas. She began her career by starting a business to market new products in the former Soviet Union and then worked to expand and launch new brands in the highly competitive US consumer packaged goods market for Kraft, Warner-Lambert and Coors.
