About Me

Clean Moves is a trusted cleaning resource for student housing turnovers and residential moves throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We help property teams prepare apartments for incoming residents, and we work with homeowners, families, real estate professionals, organizers, and move managers to get homes ready before or after a move.

Founder DaJuan Pitts is a licensed Realtor with more than a decade of property management experience. That background gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to prepare a space for its next chapter, whether that means coordinating turnover cleaning across multiple student apartments or helping a family prepare a home during a move or downsizing transition.

Clean Moves provides move-in and move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, and deep cleaning for occupied homes. We also create work opportunities for students and support their education through the Clean Moves Scholarship.

We Clean, You Move.
