Brenda Lawson is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and REALTOR® for Keller Williams Preferred Properties with 30 years of experience. I specialize in working with Seniors in Maryland and Washington, DC and currently have the Certified Senior Housing Professional™ (CSHP™) designation, Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), am a founding member of the Senior Home Coach™ and am certified in Dementia Doll Therapy. In addition I am a member of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC), Women of Color Who Serve Seniors, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). My main objective is to educate and empower Seniors by conducting Seminars on a variety of topics including Downsizing Made Easy, Moving Mom and Dad, and Senior Living Options.
