It was worth the wait!  Last week I received the book ICD Guide to Challenging Disorganization: For Professional Organizers, edited by Kate Varness, that I ordered pre-release at the Institute for Challenging Disorganization conference this past fall.  This is key reading for organizers.  Ethics, safety, understanding the organizer role, and more, are presented from the viewpoint of some of our most experienced colleagues.  Study questions ensure that the reader understands the concepts.  I recommend this book highly!
