Get Organized! Month - January

Previously called GO Week, NAPO initiated this now month-long event in 1991. Each year during GO Month, NAPO chapters and individual members embark on major events to bring publicity to the organizing industry.

During Get Organized (GO) Month, NAPO’s chapters and members hold public events throughout the country, offering de-cluttering tips and filing methods. Past events include reuse-and-recycle programs, organizing services to select organizations, shred-a-thons, seminars, school outreaches, and contests. Programming takes place in local libraries, bookstores, and community centers nationwide. The month-long initiative aims to raise awareness of the benefits of getting organized and serves as a way for NAPO chapters to give back to their communities.

To be considered for a GO Month project, please fill out the GO Month application and e-mail it to the Director of Marketing.
